A Little Bit About My Journey
I can't say that I've always known about holistic healing and earth-based practices. In fact, my eyes were opened to spiritual practices in 2016 during the Introduction to Modern Shamanism course at Illuminations Healing Center in Cedar Rapids, IA. The year-long Introduction to Modern Shamanism course was a great jumping point that helped me begin the process of connecting with Spirit. From there, I was propelled onto my journey with sound healing, Andean Shamanism, and, finally, Norse Shamanism.
