Thank you for visiting my site, I'm so glad you're here. My name is Laina Pilkenton, I'm a certified sound healing practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, and a practitioner of Norse shamanic energies.

I specialize in helping my clients process old wounds and patterns to realign with their highest path. Using a variety of tools and techniques, I work with the body's energy system to promote balance and flow.
